Abstract: Aiming at some serious problems in the development of electric bicycle at the present time,the driving stability and crash character are analyzed from the point of the traffic safety character.Countermeasures,such as management in strict accordance with law,performing license plate and driving license management and driving permission system are proposed to promote the healthy development of electric bicycle traffic.

摘要： 针对当前电动自行车发展中存在的一些突出问题,从安全角度出发,分析了电动自行车行驶稳定性和碰撞特性,提出了对其实行严格依法管理、牌证管理制度、准驾制度等对策,以促进电动自行车交通的健康发展。
