Abstract: One of the key techniques of the triangle rotor engine is the radial airproof of the rotor.All kinds of state parameters are changing with time when radial airproof patch is wearing in the cylinder.The stress influence to wear is considered and the temperature influence to wear is considered too.The wearing capacity is calculated by simulation technique and a dynamic simulation model of the radial airproof patch wear is established.The simulation program is worked out by UG Grip.The relationship between wearing capacity distribution and the time of the radial airproof patch is gained by the numerical calculation based on the simulation model.

摘要: 三角转子发动机一个关键核心技术就是转子的径向密封技术。径向密封片在气缸中的磨损过程,各状态参数随时间而改变。在考虑压力对磨损影响的同时,加入了温度影响因素。利用仿真技术对磨损量进行模拟计算,建立了径向密封片磨损的动态仿真模型,并用UG Grip编写了仿真程序。在此仿真模型基础上进行了数值计算,得到径向密封片磨损量的分布与时间的关系。
