Abstract: Based on the physical characteristics of bituminous mixture in the process of paving, hydromechanics is put forward to study the bituminous mixture flow's movement feature in the spiral-feeder. The flow patterns and corresponding flow characteristics of laminar flow and turbulent flow are explored and the transmission mechanism of spiral-feeder of asphalt paver and the moving law of asphalt mixture aggregates are analyzed. Through the theoretical mechanics and hydromechanics analysis, the movement mechanism of mixture aggregates is revealed, which can provide the reliable basis for improving the design of screw-feeder and paver construction technology.

摘要: 基于沥青混合料流在摊铺过程中具有的物理特性,提出用流体力学的方法研究沥青混合料流在螺旋布料槽 中的运动特征。探讨了沥青混合料流层流和紊流流动型态的界定及流动特性;分析了沥青混凝土摊铺机螺旋分料 器的输送机理和沥青混合料粒料在螺旋布料器作用下的运动规律。通过对沥青混合料粒料在摊铺机布料槽中的 受力与运动分析,揭示了混合料在布料槽中的运动特征,为完善螺旋分料器的设计及摊铺施工技术提供了可靠的 依据。
