Abstract: According?to?one?tunnel?adjacent?to?mountain?at?eastern?mountainous?area?in?Jilin?province,?the?construction?process?of?shed-tunnel?is?simulated?by?the?finite?element?software?ANSYS.?By?virtue?of?Drucker-Prager?yield?criterion?to?analyze?the?elastic-plasticity,?and?using?"live"?or?"dead"?attributes?of?the?elements,?the?process?of?excavation?of?slope,?construction?of?shed-tunnel?and?backfilling?is?simulated.?The?status?of?stresses?and?deformation?of?shed-tunnel?structure?is?researched.?The?questions?should?be?paid?attention?to?in?the?construction?process?of?shed?tunnel?are?pointed?out.?Furthermore,?The?shed-tunnel?structure?and?gradient?of?backfilling?are?optimized.?The?results?show?that?shed-tunnel?with?inclined?column?and?semi-arch?is?more?reasonable?than?that?with?straight?column?and?semi-arch?in?structure,?and?different?gradient?of?back-filling?has?great?impact?on?stresses?of?shed-tunnel?structure,?which?provides?references?for?the?design?of?shed-tunnel.

摘要: 以吉林省东部山区傍山隧道为研究对象,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS对棚洞的施工过程进行模拟,采用DP 屈服准则进行弹塑性分析,利用单元的生死属性来模拟边坡的开挖、棚洞的施做以及土体回填的过程。分析了棚 洞结构变形及应力状态,指出了棚洞施工过程中应注意的问题,并对棚洞结构和回填土的坡率进行了优化。计算 结果显示,半拱斜柱式棚洞要比半拱直柱式棚洞在结构上更为合理,而且不同回填土坡率对棚洞结构的受力产生 较大的影响,计算结果对该棚洞的设计提供了依据。
