正交异性板桥面铺装受力影响因素分析

Abstract: The influence of structural and load factors on mechanical responses of pavement on orthotropic steel deck was studied through finite element method. The influence of main girder,thickness of deck plate and thickness of stiffener on stress was compared. The effect of vertical and horizontal loads on bridge pavement was analyzed. The results indicated that maximum tensile stress existed beyond the main girder; increase of deck plate thickness could lower the stiffness difference of deck and reduce maximum stress; change of thickness could be favorable for steel structure rigidity while unfavorable for stress of pavement. Overloading could be rather unfavorable for stress and horizontal stress caused by emergency braking could lead to great longitudinal tensile stress.

摘要: 采用有限元方法,分析了正交异性板桥面铺装在结构和荷载因素变化时受力状态的变化规律;比较了有无纵 隔板、桥面板厚度、加劲肋板厚度对受力的影响;分析了竖向、水平荷载对铺装层受力的影响。结果表明:有纵隔板 时的横向拉应力为全桥面的铺装拉应力控制指标;增大桥面板厚度有利于减少桥面刚度不均,减小铺装层内的应 力;加劲肋厚度的变化对加强结构刚度有利却对桥面铺装的受力不利;超载对应力状态极为不利,紧急制动产生的 水平力会导致很大的纵向拉应力。
