Sea-Rail Intermodal Transport Path Selection for Japan-Korea Freight Based on CR Express

日韩货物中欧班列海铁联运路径选择研究

Abstract: In order to meet the market needs of Japan-Korea fright transportation, a sea-rail intermodal transportation network of CR express was constructed. From the perspective of cargo owners, the cost and reliability functions were constructed according to the transportation process and infrastructure construction, and the 0-1 integer programming with the minimum cost and the highest reliability as the double-objective was carried out. According to the different emphasis requirements of the owner on the three elements of time, cost and reliability, the weights of different objective functions were determined. The double-objective problem was transformed into a single-objective function problem by the weighted summation and solved by genetic algorithm. Taking laptop and FMCG transportation from Busan port to Hamburg as an example, the optimal transportation scheme under different weights was obtained, and its time, cost and reliability were compared with those of the existing shipping routes. The results shows that the selected optimal path of sea-rail intermodal transport is superior to the existing shipping route in terms of time, reliability and total fee, and can meet the different needs of cargo owners. The overall reliability of the CR express sea-rail intermodal transport network is strong.

摘要: 构建了中欧班列海铁联运网络以满足日韩货物跨国运输的市场需求;从货主角度出发,根据运输流程和基础设施建设情况构建了费用和可靠性函数,以总费用最小、总可靠性最高为双目标进行0-1整数规划;根据货主对时间、费用及可靠性等3个要素的不同侧重要求,确定不同目标函数的权重,加权求和将双目标转化为单目标函数问题,采用遗传算法求解;以釜山港至汉堡的计算机电脑和快消服装2类货物运输为例,得到不同权重下的最优运输方案,并与现有海运路线进行时间、费用和可靠性对比。结果表明:选出的海铁联运最优路径在时间、可靠性和总费用上均优于现有海运路线,并能够满足货主的不同需求;中欧班列海铁联运网络的整体可靠性强。
