水泥混凝土路面断裂破坏研究

Abstract: The crack of the cement concrete pavement(CCP)is caused by the coupling of various damage effects from macroscopic, meso,and microcosmic levels. Initially,the cement concrete pavement slabs in the test road are numbered and the crack damages of pavement are investigated in detail. The size and location of every crack in each pavement slab are measured and drawn in a plane map of cracking. Through the statistical analysis of crack distribution in every pavement slab,the distribution rule of pavement cracks under stochastic vehicle and environmental load is obtained. The physical reasons causing the cracks are discussed. With the results of crack distribution study,the theory of designing newly-constructed CCP,as well as the theory of the preventive maintenance of damaged CCP is developed and improved.

摘要: 水泥混凝土路面板的断裂行为是由宏-细-微观诸层次下多种破坏机制相耦合而发生,将水泥混凝土试验 路分块编号,对路面板的断裂破损状况进行了详细的调查,测量了裂缝的尺寸及其断裂位置,绘制了路面板的断裂 平面图,统计分析了断裂位置与行车方向接缝的距离,通过分析找到了路面板在随机的车辆荷载和环境荷载作用 下断裂位置的分布规律,研究了其断裂物理成因,为新建水泥混凝土路面的设计和破损水泥混凝土路面的预防性 养护提供了理论基础。
