SBS改性乳化沥青的性能及贮存稳定性研究

Abstract: A method for preparing the modified emulsified asplmh of styrene butadiene styrene periodic copolymer(SBS)was developed with colloidal mil1.The penetration,softening point,ductility and elastic recovery of the residue on evaporation of the mod ified emulsified asphalt were determined. The microcosmic form and the storage stability of the emulsion were re. searched.The results showed that:the perform ance of the prod uct of this method was very god and conform ed to the standard of heavy tra~ c road:with the content of SBS at 3% ,the modified asphalt emulsion was wel distributed,the middie size was smaler,an d the store stability was satisfied.

摘要: 用胶体磨法制备了掺人苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)的改性乳化沥青,并对其蒸发残留物的针入 度、软化点、延度、弹性进行了测定,对乳液的微观形态和乳液的储存稳定性进行了研究.结果表明:用本法生产SBS 改性乳化沥青,性能很好,符合重交通道路的规范要求;当SBS的含量在3%时,改性沥青乳液分散均匀,中粒度较 小,储存稳定性较好
