Control of Suspender Tension of Leaning-Type Arch Bridge without Thrust in Construction

无推力斜靠式拱桥施工过程中吊索索力控制

Abstract: The determination methods of the final target tension and the control force in the construction of a certain leaning-type arch bridge without thrust were introduced in detail. The calculation formulas of unstressed length of suspender were deduced when the errors of constructional elements were considered. And the measuring methods of suspender tension in different construction phases were also discussed. During the tension phases of the suspender, a control method by mainly controlling the tensioning jack and assorted oil pressure gauge and auxiliarily controlling the frequency method was proposed with the combination of the frequency method and jack method; during non-tension phases of the suspender, the frequency method was adopted to the measuring, and the tension coefficients and the bending stiffness of suspender which were calibrated in tension phases were adopted in the suspender tension calculation. According to the principle that the suspender tension remained the same before and after the installment of the absorber, the calculation formulas of suspender tension after the installment of the absorber were provided. It is verified by practice that the effect of the proposed method is satisfied in the suspender tension control during construction, which could provide references for the suspender tension control of the same kind of bridges in future.

摘要: 以某斜靠式拱桥为例,介绍了无推力斜靠式拱桥成桥目标索力和施工张拉力的确定方法;推导出了考虑构件安装误差的吊索无应力索长的计算公式;并对不同施工阶段索力测试的方法进行了讨论,在吊索张拉阶段,采用频率法和千斤顶法相结合的方法,提出了以张拉千斤顶和配套的油压表控制为主,频率法控制为辅的索力控制方法;在吊索非张拉阶段,采用频率法进行测试,索力计算采用张拉阶段标定的索力系数和吊索弯曲刚度;根据减振器安装前后索力不变的原则,给出了减振器安装后的索力计算公式。经实践,该方法在施工过程中吊索的索力控制方面取得了比较满意的效果,可为今后同类桥梁的索力控制提供借鉴。
