Abstract: here is a potential crisis in the course of economy development of Sichuan province,which comesfrom the heavy waste watering of highway disasters in this region,This paper prelimarily diseusses thenecessity ,urgeny and possibility for the consruetion of managerial modernization of highway disastersso as to improve the zonic nignway communieations, and chiefly makee some approacnes for tne mod-ernizatiom of managertal system,managerial orgnization,managerial method and managerial measure.The basic work is to form a spocialist group(or cummittee)on diagncosis,prevention and harnession ofwaste watering of highway in sichuan province。
