Abstract: This Papaer briefly introduces the fundamental conception of statical and dynamic reaction pro-duced by the stru cture under wind action,On th is basis,a briefing is made on the design procedure forwind rersistance,the computation of basic wind velocity and deaign wind velocity of the world’s largestspan suspenslon bridge at present(L= 1990m)一the Akashi Strait Bridge in Japon, Analysis is madefor the characteristics of wind variation ,angle of attack,static design of wind,the checking computa-tion for wind resistance and so on,and mathematical calculations are performed for the basic wind ve-leeity during the construction of the Bridge。

摘要: 本文概略介始了结构物在风力作用下产生静、动态反应时的基本概念。在此基础上,摘要介绍了目前世界最大跨径悬索桥(L=900M)──日本明石海峡大桥的抗风设计程序,基本风速及设计风速的计算,对风的变化特性,攻角、风的静力设计、抗风验算等进行了分析并对明石海峡桥在施工期间的基本风速进行了演算。
