Abstract: The?calculation?of?the?load-bearing?cable?should?be?more?accurate,?because?the?span?of?cable?crane?used?in?bridges?construction?becomes?larger?and?larger.?For?the?most?frequently?used?setting?up?scheme?of?cable?cranes?used?in?the?largerspan?bridge?construction,?the?tension?force?formulation?of?load-bearing?cable?is?deduced?with?the?eonsideration?of?all?loadbearing?cables?as?a?whole,?and?the?way?to?calculate?the?main?design?parameters?of?load-bearing?cable?is?put?forward.?A?case?study?of?cable?crane?with?tower?is?carried?out?on?Beipanjiang?Bridge?of?highway?from?Shanghai?to?Ruili?in?Yunan.?Through?the?comparison?of?the?results?got?from?the?practice?engineering,?the?accuracy?of?the?formulation?is?verified,?which?offers?significant?reference?to?the?design?and?the?application?of?cable?cranes?in?the?large-span?bridge?construction.

摘要: 随着桥梁施工缆索吊机跨度不断加大,其承载索的计算理论需要更加精细化;针对大跨桥梁施工最常采用的 缆索吊机布置方案,将各跨承载索作为一个整体,推导了承重索的张力状态方程并给出了主要设计参数的确定方 法,提高了承载索的计算准确性。结合沪瑞国道北盘江特大桥采用的有塔架缆索吊机工程实例,通过实际应用的 结果比较,验证了推导公式的准确性。对特大跨度桥梁施工中施工缆索吊机的设计及应用提供了有益地参考。
