In?view?of?the?humid?and?rainy?weather?condition?in?South?China,?the?design?of?asphalt?mixtures?is?studied?by?the?orthogonal?experiment?with?the?consideration?of?muhiple?factors,?and?the?factors?that?influence?asphalt?mixtures?performance?such?as?powder-binder?ratio,?aggregate?types,?asphalt?types,?grading?types?and?filler?material?are?considered?synthetically,?at?the?same?time,?freeze-thaw?splitting?residual?strength?ration,?immersion?splitting?residual?strength?ration,?dynamic?stability?and?air?voids?are?also?taken?into?account?as?evaluation?indexes.?Furthermore,?the?range?and?comprehensive?analysis?method?are?applied?to?analyze?the?sensitivity?of?these?influence?factors?and?the?optimized?project?for?materials?composition?of?asphalt?pavement?at?moist?heat?area?is?pointed?out.?The?result?shows?that?powder-binder?ratio?and?the?proportion?of?coarse?aggregate?have?the?main?effect?on?the?asphalt?mixtures?performance,?and?asphalt?mixtures?performance?can?achieve?better?effect?by?means?of?adjusting?the?proportion?of?coarse?aggregate,?selecting?the?appropriate?powder-binder?ratio,?adopting?the?suitable?additives?and?so?on.?The?optimization?program?of?asphalt?mixtures?composition?at?moist?hot?area?is?'?limestone?+?modified?asphalt?+?2%?hydrated?lime?+?1.3?powder-binder?ratio?+?60%?coarse?aggregate.
