金属再结晶MonteCarloPotts模拟新模型

Abstract: A?novel?recrystallization?simulation?2-dimension?Monte?Carlo?Potts?model?is?constructed,?including?some?reform?measures?such?as?the?new?nucleation?pattern,?the?storage?energy?distribution,?and?the?new?node?tropism?switch?probability?formula?based?on?the?metal?recrystallization?physical?theory?and?experiments.?And?then?this?novel?model?is?applied?to?simulating?the?isothermal?annealing?of?cold?rolling?high?purity?aluminum?plate.?The?results?show?that?the?innovational?model?could?emulate?heterogeneous?nucleating?and?new?grain?growing?effectually;the?simulation?nucleation?sequence?and?nucleation?rate?accords?with?that?of?recrystallization?theory?and?experiments,?and?recrystallization?kinetics?curve?also?accords?with?JAMK?the-?ory.?The?Avrami?exponent?nαv?is?less?than?the?theoretically?predicted?value?2,?which?accords?with?that?of?experiments.

摘要: 基于金属再结晶理论和实验基础,对现有再结晶MonteCarloPotts模型中形核模型、储存能分布描述、结点再 取向转换概率公式进行改进,建立了二维再结晶MonteCarloPotts模型,并将之应用于高纯铝冷轧后等温再结晶退 火过程模拟。结果表明,新模型有效地模拟了再结晶非均匀形核、新晶粒生长等微观组织演变过程,模拟的形核顺 序、形核率曲线与再结晶理论、实验结果一致,再结晶动力学曲线与JAMK理论一致,Avrami指数nav 小于理论预测 值2,与实验结果一致。
