Abstract: TIG?welding?is?adopted?to?carry?out?the?welding?test?of?duplex?stainless?steel?2205.?Using?regression?analysis?method,?the?impact?of?the?welding?current,?arc?voltage,?welding?speed?and?the?thickness?on?welding?shrinkage?deformation?is?studied.?Residual?stress?on?2?mm?thick?welding?specimen?is?tested?by?the?slot-cutting?method,?and?the?distribution?rule?of?longitudinal?residual?stress?along?welding?cross-section?is?found.?And?the?orthogonal?test?method?is?also?used?to?optimize?the?welding?parameters.

摘要: 采用钨极氩弧焊对2205双相不锈钢进行了焊接试验,用回归分析的方法研究了焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速 度和板厚对焊接收缩变形的影响;采用切条法测试了2mm厚焊接试件的残余应力,找到了纵向残余应力沿焊缝截 面的分布规律,并用正交试验方法对焊接工艺参数进行了优化。
