停车诱导系统的诱导效果分析

Abstract: In?order?to?quantitatively?analyze?the?effect?and?benefit?of?parking?guidance?information?system?and?offer?scientific?basis?to?the?decision-making?before?the?implement?of?parking?guidance?information?system,?firstly,?the?muhinomial?logit?model?of?parking?choice?model?with?the?whole?parking?information?after?guidance?is?introduced,?which?includes?four?influence?factors?of?parking?lots?attributes?;?and?then?the?parking?choice?model?without?the?parking?information?before?guidance?is?constructed,?which?includes?the?logit?probability?model?of?parking?route?choice?and?the?method?of?parking?lots?choice?through?transforming?converting?uncertain?parking?information?into?imperfect?parking?information.?On?the?basis?of?above?models,?an?actual?example?is?simulated?and?analyzed,?so?the?number?of?cars?on?the?each?section?of?street,?the?parking?utilization?rate?of?each?parking?lot?and?the?number?of?cars?waiting?for?parking?before?and?after?guidance?are?obtained.

摘要: 介绍了诱导后即有完整停车信息下的多项logit停车选择模型,其中共有4个停车场属性的影响因素;构建了 诱导前即无停车信息下的停车选择模型,包括停车寻泊路径选择的logit概率模型和把不确定信息下转化为不完美 信息的停车场选择方法。在此基础上对一个算例进行了模拟分析,得到了诱导前和诱导后各路段上的车辆数、各 停车场的车位利用率以及排队等待入库的车辆数。
