Abstract: Through the calculation of generalized external costs of various transport modes, three transport patterns are proposed on the base of the status quo of transportation in Jiangsu Province. That is, giving priority to the development of high-way and highway transportation, giving priority to the development of the railway and railway transportation as well as equating both development. Through results of calculating generalized external costs of various transport modes, the advantages and disadvantages of three transport modes are analyzed and compared. Finally, the proposal that the comprehensive transportation mode mainly depends on the highway transportation and modestly improves the railway transportation is put for-ward, which is a kind of comprehensive mode that coordinates highway, railway and water transportation.

摘要： 基于江苏省交通运输现状,通过计算各种运输方式的外部广义费用,结合江苏省交通运输的实际情况,提出 优先发展公路运输、铁路运输和公路、铁路运输兼顾发展的3种运输模式。根据外部广义费用计算结果,分析比较 3种运输模式优劣势,最后基于公路运输为主,适度提高铁路运输的公、铁、水3种交通运输方式协调发展的综合运 输模式的建议。
