徽表处技术在高速公路养护中的应用研究

Abstract: The technique of slurry seal is a good method for pavement maintenance. With the rapid developmint of polymer modified asphalt emulsion, polymer modified slurry seal, i. e. Micro-Surfacing, appears correspondingly. Micro-Surfacing is widely applied to maintenance of expressway and proved to be a method of good cost performance abroad. But it is still at a starting stage in China today. To solve this problem, the application conditions, execution effectiveness and application prospect are comprehensively analyzed in this paper on the basis of laboratory evaluation, tentative execution and subsequent field detection of the road performance after traffic.

摘要: 稀浆封层技术是一种性能优良的路面养护措施.随着聚合物改性乳化沥青的迅猛发展,以及施工技术的改进,又出现了聚合物改性乳化沥青稀浆封层,即微表处.在国外,微表处技术已广泛应用于高速公路的养护,并被证明是一种具有很高性能价格比的养护措施.而微表处技术在我国高速公路养护中的应用尚处于起步阶段.为此,本研究通过室内试验以及试铺路段,跟踪观测了工程实施后的路用性能,对微表处技术应用条件、实施效果以及应用前景进行了全面的分析.
