基于AMESim 的汽车制动系统性能研究

Abstract: It is a new method to study the brake system performance using the device producing fluctuant load for automobile brake line. The vehicle dynamics model with the device producing fluctuant load was established,which were based on AMESim simulation platform. Simulation tests of straight line acceleration and deceleration were carried out. Compared with simulation software veDYNA,the correctness of the system models was verified. Moreover,the vehicle test on BOSCHSDL26 automobile inspection line was also accomplished. The vehicle test results indicate that the device producing fluctuant load is able to perform the similar brake effect as ABS does.

摘要: 利用汽车制动管路波动负载发生装置研究汽车制动性能是一种新方法。采用AMESim 这一模块化的仿真平 台,建立了带有波动负载发生装置的汽车系统动力学模型,并进行了直线加速和减速的仿真试验。通过与国际同类 仿真软件veDYNA 进行对比试验,验证了汽车动力学模型的正确性。利用BOSCH-SDL26 型汽车性能检测线进行了 波动负载发生装置的实车试验,说明波动负载发生装置能够在制动过程中产生与ABS 相近的制动效果。
