Abstract: Based on current state of highway engineering surpervision in China，the shortcoming of the highway engineering surpervision cost calculatlng method are pointed out．By compraring with the design cost caculating method，the project management cost caleulating method，and the foreign surpervislon cost calculating method，an new method to calulate the cost of highway engineering surpervision is presentedin detail．

摘要： 结合乌江银盘水电站工程CPS控制网的布设，商用软件中PowerAdj应用，介绍了采用CPS布设高精度工程平 面控制网受网形、观测值、解算软件的影响实施不同方案．分析了GPS基线粗差，并推介了采用PowerAdj解算CPS 独立控制网的方法．
