Abstract: The opcratoin of high-grade road engineering project needs to take use of many essential factors and various conditions．Therefore，it will be affected by many factors．The main favors whwich affect investment amount of high-grade road include society，politics，economicenvi roment，gerngraphy enviroment(topography，geology hydrology)，road grade，transportation conditions，development policy，fund source，lane cost，standard gouta charge，price of material and equipment etc．This article will describe these influence qualunece qualitatively．
