电控机械自动变速器的故障自诊断和容错控制

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the AMT system, the design principles of fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control to AMT system are discussed in this paper .The main potential of factural fault phenomena and their reasons are analysed .And the fault diagnostic model and fault diagnostic methods to the AMT system are presented .It completes the design of fault tolerant control to some key faults in the AMT system .The experiment shows that the design scheme is very practical .

摘要: 根据电控机械式自动变速器系统的特点,提出了系统故障自诊断和容错控制的设计原则,分析了系统中已 发生和潜在的主要故障现象及原因,给出了系统的故障模型及故障诊断方法,并对一些关键故障进行了容错控制 设计。汽车道路试验证明该设计方法是行之有效的且非常实用
