    This paper introduces non-bracket construction method, through which main tower and cable tower are united into one, setting arch segments in Zhejiang Sanmen Jiantiao bridge .Based on this method, the author put forward first the responsive construction control calculation method, then invariable cable method in controlling rib axiss level .It gives calculation equation for segmental control level and tower displacement .It is proved this method is practical .

    Based on the measurement and analysis of explosion vibration in the surrounding rock at the Chaodongyan tunnel , the propagation of blasting seismic wave was researched during tunnel excavations .The research results show that the magnitude of explosion vibration has a maximum in the first time excavations explosion .The propagation of blasting seismic wave is very distinctly different in the varied grade surrounding rock at tunnel, and it cal be interpreted by the experience relationship between the vibration velocity and distance .The main frequency of the blasting seismic waves varied with distance shows clearly a good orderliness

    To identify the cause of concrete pavement premature failure, twelve pavement structures are analyzed by finite element method in the paper .It is indicated that unsuitable pavement structure and low construction quality can increase the tensile stresses in slab and result in the pavement premature failure .It is conduded that unsuitable pavement structure and poor construction are two main causes which cause concrete pavement premature failure and it is necessary that the pavement structure should be suitably designed and the construction quality must fulfil the design requirements to reduce concrete pavement premature failure and prolong the life of concrete pavement
