Abstract

Abstract: In this paper,the basic theory and the main functions of the export system for transacting and analyzing of automobile traffic accidents are discussed.The expert system is a large intelligence procedure,which is based on expert system theory and knowledge about automobile traffic accident.The program language in the system is a date base language.Its aim is to help us transact and analyze automobile traffic accidents so that the efficiency and the correctness of the work could be increased.
