二灰碎石抗裂性能研究

Abstract: When I2CA is used in the semi-rigid basement,it always has the shortcoming ofcracking easily,and so due to the phenomenon of reflective-cracking on the asphalt·pavement.But nOW we don’t know how to judge Or measure it.WlliclI cause it is dificult to solve it in the design and construction.In this paper,by the use ofdiferent theories of step-graded continuous-gradation、gap-gradation,and k way,designed 10 kinds of LFAG with diferent grades.By the synthesized-research on modulus moisture-shrink and temperature-shrink,suggests the evaluate-guidellne of LFAG.and anti-cracking-coeficient.At last validated by the experiment road.proves the right ofthe ifII1 research.

摘要: 针对二灰碎石混合料应用于半刚性基层普遍出现的抗裂性能差、易出现反射裂缝,而现行标准中对此并没有 相应的评价指标问题,在室内研究中运用间断、折断与连续级配以及。i}法等4种不同方法,设计了1O种不同类型的 二灰碎石混合料方案。在分析试验方案中各混合料的不同龄期、模量、干缩及温缩性能基础上,系统的研究了不同 级配类型二灰碎石混合料的抗裂性能。最终提出了具有最佳抗裂性的二灰碎石混合料及相应的抗裂评价指标,即 抗裂系数,并且通过两条试验路的成功铺筑验证了室内研究成果。
