Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, indicator system of investment risk at infrastructure project is constituted. Then, using analytic hierarchy process (APH) and fuzzy evaluation theory, the Fuzzy Overall Evaluation Model of Investment Risk at Infrastructure Project is established, which can be used to synthetically evaluate the investment risk grade of a infrastructure project, and provide basis for completion of the investment decision.

摘要： 笔者在深入分析高速公路建设工程质量管理的特点和现状的基础上，指出现行的质量管理模式存在的问题，建议引入质量成本的概念，实行质量成本管理并对其重要意义进行了详细的论述，对改进高速公路建设工程的质量管理，提高其有效性和可操作性具有很强的现实意义
