Abstract: Calculating the bid price is a complex task which is combined with technique and economy. It has crucial effect on whether the contractors can get the project. 摘要: 工程的投标报价是一项技术和经济相结合的复杂工作,投标报价对能否中标具有决定性作用。为了使投标者 的报价更具有竞争性,本文运用模糊综合评判法,引入不平衡报价系数,综合考虑工程项目各种情况,最终得出总 报价。该模型解决了原有方法中定性与定量评价不能很好结合的问题,使不平衡报价在科学性以及实用性等方面 得到了改进。
