公路隧道衬砌病害力学模拟研究

Abstract: Base on the theoretical calculation of load structure method on tunnel, the mechanical simulation model of the highway tunnel lining disease which included cracks, material degradation, voids, additional load and others was established. The highway tunnel lining damage mechanics simulation software was developed, in order to evaluate the bearing capacity of lining diseases. A case of history calculation shows that cracks and voids of lining will reduce the safety factor structure, and the safety factor of the structure within the affected area is relatively stable, and as the distance from the position of the disease becoming large, its impact weakens gradually.

摘要: 基于荷载-结构法隧道计算理论,建立了公路隧道衬砌的裂缝、材料劣化、空洞、附加荷载等病害的力学评价模型,研制了公路隧道衬砌病害力学模拟分析软件,以便量化评价衬砌病害对结构承载力的影响。工程算例分析表明:衬砌裂缝和空洞的存在均会降低结构的安全系数,且空洞区域内的结构安全系数影响比较平稳,随着与病害位置距离的增加,其影响能力亦逐渐减弱。
