Experimental Study on Shear Performance of Embedded Steel Plate and Concrete Interface

埋入式钢板-混凝土界面抗剪性能试验研究

Abstract: The shearing capacity and shear-slip relation of steel plate-concrete interface are important bases for the whole process analysis of steel-concrete composite structure. On the basis of a typical shear-slip constitutive model of shear connector, a slip constitutive model of embedded steel plate-concrete interface was established. Shearing test with 21 samples was conducted, thus, concrete strength and typical viscous slip curves of embedded steel plate and concrete interface were fitted in terms of different steel plate areas and roughness. And shear capacity formula of embedded steel plate and concrete interface was established. Besides, slip constitutive equation factors of embedded steel plate-concrete interface were determined. Results show that embedded steel plate and concrete interface shear capacity is weaker than that of tube concrete and steel reinforced concrete.

摘要: 钢板与混凝土界面抗剪强度和剪力-滑移关系是钢-混凝土组合结构全过程受力分析中的重要依据。在典型剪力键剪力-滑移本构模型的基础上,建立埋入式钢板-混凝土界面抗剪本构模型。通过一组21个试件的抗剪试验,得到了考虑混凝土强度和钢板表面粗糙度的埋入式钢板-混凝土界面抗剪强度和典型黏结滑移曲线,建立了埋入式钢板-混凝土界面抗剪强度计算公式,确定了钢板-混凝土剪力滑移本构方程。研究表明:埋入式钢板-混凝土界面抗剪强度弱于钢管混凝土及型钢混凝土结构。
