Research on Ageing Process and Mechanism of Heat-Reflective Coating of Asphalt Pavement

沥青路面热反射涂料老化规律及其机理探讨

Abstract: The heat-reflective coating for asphalt pavement is subject to ageing processes which affect its cooling performance. The aging laws and mechanism of heat-reflective coating were surveyed. The methods used in the study are known as natural aging test, surface observation, FTIR , reflectivity measurement, cooling performance test. The results of the experiment indicate that one of the key factors on ageing is the quantity of solar irradiation. In addition, the heat-reflective coating aged with carbon-carbon double bond cleavage and carbon-oxygen double bond formation which can cause the reduction of reflectivity. Also, there are some correlation between reflectivity and cooling performance and both of them decreased with aging time.

摘要: 针对沥青路面热反射涂层在使用中出现老化并导致降温效果下降的问题,探讨了涂层的老化规律及老化机理。在对涂层进行为期一年的自然老化试验过程中,通过对其表面形貌的观察,以及红外光谱测试、反射率测试、降温效果测试,得出以下结论:太阳辐照量是引起涂层老化的重要因素之一;涂层在老化过程中形成了碳氧双键并发生了碳碳双键的断裂,其中碳氧双键所构成羰基官能团易吸收可见光和近红外光,引起涂层中树脂透光率的下降,从而导致涂层反射率的下降;反射率与降温效果具有一定的相关性,且均随老化时间的增加而下降。
