Abstract: This article presents a study of the following three questions:whether the exhaust of vehicles in use has met the set standard;whether the exhaust of vehicles maintained by class two and above enterprises can meet the standard and whether the exhaust of vehicles in different technical situations can meet the standard after they have been maintained by those enterprises.Meanwhile this article points out that it is not right to depend mainly on purifying equipment to deal with the exhaust pollution,and that it is efficient to control the exhaust pollution in cities by raising and reinforcing the supervision of maintenance quality.

摘要： 笔者重点研究了重庆市在用汽车尾气排放达标、二类及以上维修企业维修竣工车辆尾气达标、维修企业对不同技术状况好车辆维修后尾气排放治理达标问题,澄清了在用汽车尾气排放污染治理中主要依靠净化装置的模糊认识,明确了提高汽车维修质量和加强汽车维修质量的控制与监管是当前尽快有效控制在用车辆尾气排放的污染,减少市内大气污染的方向
