Abstract: Aerostatic stability for second bridge of Shantou with the main span of 518m was analyzed in detail in this paper. The reason of instability for this bridge was first explained,then some valuable conclusions were drawn.It provided base for avoiding instability in the future.

摘要: 针对主跨 5 18m汕头海湾二桥中风洞试验出现的空气静力失稳现象 ,笔者首先详细分析了该桥的空气静力稳定性 .然后解释了产生该种现象的原因 .最后 ,给出了几点有价值的结论 ,为今后避免出现该种现象提供依据 .
