    Aerostatic stability analysis for second bridge of Shantou

    Abstract ( )  
    Aerostatic stability for second bridge of Shantou with the main span of 518m was analyzed in detail in this paper. The reason of instability for this bridge was first explained,then some valuable conclusions were drawn.It provided base for avoiding instability in the future.

    According to the age adjusted effective modulus method and the creep coefficient provided by the Rule ,a computing program is presented in this paper.Being aimed at the Yonghe bridge in the city of Nanning, a truss arch bridge with concrete filled steel tubules(CFST) and with a main span of 349m, a numerical calculation is carried out .The results shows that the creep effect can improve the internal force and deformation state of CFST arch bridge to some extent, the redistributed internal force is considerably large.

    In this paper,we have contrast destructive tests on two pieces of prestressed overlapping continuous beams against a piece of cast in situ continuous beam and two pieces of prestressed overlapping frame against cast in situ frame,by which the ductility performance of prestressed overlapping flexural unit has been researched,providing test reference for the general application of prestressed overlapping flexural unit.

    As stress measurement of interior concrete is hard in the contruction control of the cable stayed bridge,a new method fitted for stress measurement in long span PC concrete cable stayed bridge is proposed in this paper. This method is based on the normal stress in neutro axis of girder is only decided on the horizontal part of the cable force.First calculate the normal stress in neutro axis of girder by the measured cable force,then identify the creep coefficients,and then make out the other stresses.The results of a building long span PC cable stayed birdge used by the this mehtod show the accuracy and efficientcy of the proposed method.

    Through analysis of the reasons leading to the base fraine beam crack of the arch above complex arch bridge, the production of the initial crack and the crack expansion under the constant load and the addtional load are studied.The restoration plan and improvement setps in the design are put forward,and the problems overlooked in the design and previous construction can be overcome.The measures of the restoration of the crack are reasonable and economical.

    In order to study the gradation of SMA(Stone Matrix Asphalt)mix,a test plan with multilevel is drawn up by using Uniform Design method to analyze the Voids in the Coarse Aggregate(VCA),in this paper,the regression analysis is done to the VCA data,and a reasonable composing of coarse aggregate is got.The minimum asphalt content is determined by the aggregate coated asphalt test,the percentages of fine aggregate and filler are analyzed by using the Void Design Procedure. The road related performance test to the designed mix shows that it is better than others.

    Compound curve is often used in high classes road of mountain terrian desigh,the most complex situatio of which is opawn liked curve.When the centre line of road is spiral curve,the edge lines(equidistance lines of centre line) are not spiral curves,which makes it difficult for construction location.If chord distance method is employed to solve the problem through calculating the height of segment,it will be accurate and convenient.

    Regarding Wanzhou high embankment constrauction,impact method is applied.Three types of test with fill material thickness of 6ocm,80 cm and 100cm are carried out. Impact effect and construction controlling parameter are suggested.As a result,the number of impact,thickness of loose fill material,maximum particle of diameter fill materials and rate of settlement are proposed.

    In this paper,using the interpolation perturbation method,the authors seek to solve two classes of weakly nonlinear oscillations.The one is the nonlinear free oscillation of conservative system.The other is the parametric oscillation.For the former,since we transform the problem to solve differentiation into that to solve algebraic equation,the calculating process is very simple.For the latter,since we transform the problem to seek to solve the second order differential equation into that of twice integrations,the calculating process is also simple.There are calculating examples which show that the results of the paper is reliable.
