Abstract: This paper discusses the current situation and functions of the "three supervisions" in engineering project construction.emphasizes the necessities of carrying out"three supervisions" according to the contract stantard to make our supervision approaching the advanced world level.It is of theoretical and practical values to the supervision in the engineering project construction.
