Abstract: Alone with the fast development in the space remote sensing technology, it becomes possible to telemeter from hundreds of kilometers far about in the sky by the use of satellite remote-sensing platform, the rule of changes of natura sites (under sea),including: ocean wave spectrum, internal waves of ocean, ocean regim the movement of mud and sand (sediment) and typhoon and flood calamities, etc. ren sensing possesses the characteristics of wide-viewing and quick achieving of informations.In this article, taking the related historical materials of this country and abroad evidence The author explains the way of application of satellite remote-sensing technology to ocean regimen. After making a brief explanation of the graphs of electromagnetic waves from ote-sensing, the author discusses four sides as follows: 1) The method of ocean depth calculation; 2) The gulf sediment movement; 3) Ocean waves and regimen; 4) Regimen forecast.
