Abstract: Resource is the material basis of social production.With the development of the society, the reaquest for resource will increase.But resource is limited so that comprehensive utilization of resource has become one of the major subjects now.The comprehensive utilization items of the resource have remarkable social efficiency, which can make it possible that each feasible scheme of items has the quantitative basis in selection, so that policymakets can select the best scheme.

摘要： 资源是社会生产的物质基础,随着社会的不断进步,对资源的需求将不断增加.然而,资源是有限的,因此资源综合利用就成为当前的主要课题之一,资源综合利用社会效益非常明显,为了使项目的各个方案在比选时有较合理的依据,从使决策者选出最佳行动方案,将数据分析中的层次分析引入资源综合利用的社会效益评价中.
