Abstract: To implement the mass customization (MC),not only the technology,management and marketing supporting are needed,but also the close cooperation between upper and lower members in supply chain is needed.Based on the manufacturer who has carried out MC,the supplier's supply planning driven by the output of CODP was studied,and two-period supplier production mode was proposed by the idea of production postponement.Optimal model of Main Production Planning (MPS) of the second period was established,and a numerical example was shown to prove its optimization.

摘要: 大规模定制(MC)的成功实施和推广,不仅需要面向大规模定制的技术、管理和市场等方面的支持,而且需要供应链上下游成员的密切配合。以实施大规模定制的制造商为背景,研究其订单分离点产出所拉动的供应商供货计划;运用延迟制造的思想,提出两阶段供应商生产模式;并在同时考虑交货期与成本控制的基础上,建立了第二阶段的主生产计划优化模型,给出了数据实例。
