Abstract: The conveyer bridge of Dusi washery factory is a steel structure with double spans of 44.8m, wide of 4,74m. Compared with same type of structure it has many advatages eg. light weight, small deflection in vertical and horizontal diretion. The main points are:1. the light covering material is used. 2. five stage design of prestressed steel structure, in which high strenth strend is use to be prestressed tension bar. 3. cross section shape is well choosed.The designed structure using this method not only can save steel about 50%, although can span long distance. Thus this type of structure can wide be adopted in long span structure and can be showed economy.This paper basicaly introduce the five stage design of prestressed steel structure, the construction and the measure.
摘要: 渡市洗选厂输煤栈桥为两跨长各为44.8m、宽4.74m钢结构栈桥,与同类栈桥相比,具有省钢、垂直挠度、水平位移小等优点,主要措施是:(1)采用轻型围护结构。(2)采用以高强度钢绞线作为预应力拉杆的预应力钢结构五阶段设计。(3)选择了良好的截面型式和部分型钢采用16锰钢。这种结构不仅能节约钢材50%左右,而且可以达到大跨度,它的应用并不限于输煤栈桥,用在任何大跨度超静定结构中都可以取得明显的经济效益。本文将重点介绍预应力钢结构五阶段设计、施工、测试及分析情况。
