Mechanical Influence of Bridge Pavement Construction Defects on Deck Pavement

桥面铺装施工缺陷对铺装层受力的影晌

Abstract: In the analysis of local entity model of deck boards of continuous rigid frame bridge box girder , the construction defects caused by construction joints in deck pavement and the bond defects between the pavement layer and the bridge deck were analyzed by 3D fil1ite element method. The stress features of the bridge pavement and the influence of interface connection state on the interlayer shear stress and tel1sile stress distributiol1 were also al1alyzed. It is concluded that whel1 defects occur betweel1 the bridge deck pavemel1t al1d bridge deck , larger shear stress , larger longitudil1al al1d tral1sverse tensile stress will occur il1 pavemel1t ul1der the traffic loads , which causes the shear failure damage il1 the bridge deck pavemel1t structure and the crackil1g in concrete pavemel1t cushiol1

摘要: 以连续刚构桥箱梁桥面板上局部实体模型为分析对象,通过对桥面铺装垫层有元施工缝缺陷及桥面铺装垫层 与主梁桥面板之间有无界面军占结缺陷等情况的三维有限元模型的计算,分析了桥面铺装层的受力特性和界面连接 状况对层间剪应力及拉应力分布的影响。研究结果表明:当桥面铺装层与桥面板之间出现缺陷后,铺装层在汽车荷 载作用下将产生较大的层间剪应力、纵向和横向拉应力,从而促使桥面铺装层结构发生剪切破坏和铺装垫层泪凝土 的开裂破坏。
