    Peng Kai , Yu Congcong
    2014, 33(3): 1-5.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.01
    Abstract ( )   PDF (391KB) ( )
The field-tested non-unifonn distribution characteristics of initial anchoring stresses in prestressing steel bundles were simulated with the random number production method , and the relaxation losses of bundles were studied based on the existing relaxation rule of the single prestressing strand. The results show that , if the unevenness of initial anchoring stresses in a prestressing steel bundle is considered , the average relaxation loss of the bundle is a丘ected by the dispersion coefficient of the bundle' s initial stress distribution in a distinct non-linear way , which is well fitted with polynomials. The work provides reference for the evaluation of prestressing steel bundles' relaxation losses and criteria for quality control in pre-stressed engmeenng constructlOn.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (214KB) ( )
In the engineering case of main girder construction of Hu ' men Bridge , the def1ection change of girder sections in basket cantilever should be controlled to prevent the f1exure development of bridge span from the required demand. Auto-regressive (P) [AR (P) J model was used to monitor the bridge girder , which could simulate the construction synchronized with measurement and prediction. And AR (P) model aimed to support timely adjustment of the corresponding construction plan , which could make the construction condition of cantilever close to its design condition. The analysis results show that the joining precision of main bridge girder satisfies the design criterion. And it is verified that the AR (P) model is of practicality and rigor in the monitoring of bridge construction.

    2014, 33(3): 18-21.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.05
    Abstract ( )   PDF (262KB) ( )
Theoretical analysis on interfacial slip of model beam with corrugated steel webs under various typical loads was conducted to know the anti-bending performance of the box girder with corrugated steel webs. Based on the assumption that the corrugated steel didn' t bear the longitudinal axis force and vertical bending moment , the cross-section of beam with corrugated steel webs were divided into four independently ideal elastomers , and the slip differential equations was established. By simulating the actual boundary conditions , the interface slip expression of composite beams model was deduced under the uniformly distributed load , inid-span concentrated load , and the two-point symmetrical load. The expression of additional curvature caused by slip distribution was also derived. The mathematical formula is used to express the interface slip of corrugated steel webs beam , which lays the foundation for the load studies of corrugated steel webs.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (552KB) ( )
The failure costs were used to assess the bridge failure effects , and a quantitative cost model of bridge failure was proposed. Failure costs of bridge , which indicated the consequence of bridge failure , were divided into the reconstruction cost , transportation cost , delay cost of road and traffic management cost , personal injury compensation cost , repair cost and other indirect cost. The characteristics and calculation methods of the above components were focused. The single cost indicator was proposed to consider the impact of the failure costs in different times , and the severity coefficient of the consequence were used to compare the severity of different degrees of the bridge failures. A case study was carried out. The results show that the proposed cost model is representative and can be used for the cost estimation of bridges failure and scientific management in decision-making. Taking social impacts into account , the failure costs are more complex , which needs to be further studied.

For geography , geology , climate , hydrology and hydrogeology characteristics of southwest mountainous areas , the main features , blocking reasons and distribution law of trunk highway in southwest mountainous areas were analyzed by using the statistics database of blockade of Chongqing trunk roads from 2007 to 2011. The results show that various causes , blocking with a high concentration , great block accumulative influence and strongly concentrated of blocking regions are the main features of the blockade of trunk highway in southwest mountainous areas. And sudden blocking is the main style; the incidence of unexpected block is 79. 8 %. The main causes of blocking are geological disasters and adverse weather conditions , accounting to 57% and 19% respectively of the total blockade numbers. The second main blocked cause of geological disasters blocking is landslides and mudslides , accounting to 33%and 32%of the total blockade numbers caused by various geological disasters. The second blocked cause of inclement weather is rainfall and the blocking event rate is up to 68%. And the peak of blocking occurs in winter and summer. Especially in January , June and July , the blocking occurs most frequently and the blocking effects are rather larger. The total blocking times in these three months are over 50% of the total times throughout the year. The blocking conditions of different state roads and provincial highways have great difference and the accumulative blockade numbers of route G319 is the most.

    Ye Yong , Chen Hongkai
    2014, 33(3): 45-48.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.11
    Abstract ( )   PDF (300KB) ( )
Deformation compostions of asphalt mixture were analyzed and a visco-elastoplastic rheological model framework including elastoplastic ,viscoelastic and viscoplastic deformation characterization was presented. Three modes , mainly described viscoplastic deformation , were established under three different hypothesis: ( viscoplastic stress was in proportion to creep acceleration; ( viscoplastic strain was a function of loading time; ( viscoplastic strain followed a strain -ha地nmg law , and then viscoplastic behavior models were obtained. Uni-axial- compression creep tests were performed under different stress amplitudes (0. 10 , O. 15 , 0.20 , 0.25 and 0.30 MPa) , and the model parameters were obtained. The data of three proposed models were quantitatively compared with the experimental data. It is shown that the results of the three proposed models all have a good agreement with the experimental ones at the lower stress condition , but at the higher stress condition , model 2 is the best , model 1 comes second , and model 3 is poor to predict the initial creep.

    2014, 33(3): 49-52.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.12
    Abstract ( )   PDF (354KB) ( )
Based on the asphalt rubber mixtures , the asphalt fi1m thickness in 5. 0% , 6.0% and 6.5% asphalt content was obtained by calcu1ation. The impact of minera1 fillers on the performance of asphalt rubber mixtures was analyzed. Cantabro test , moisture damage resistance test and f1exura1 fatigue test at 4 points were carried out in 1aboratory to identify the performance differences between mixtures with and without minera1 fillers , including the bonding performance , water damage resistant performance and fatigue performance. The test results indicate that Cantabro 10ss of mixtures with mineral fillers is 1ess than that of mixtures without minera1 fillers. And when the asphalt content is 6% and 6.5% in aspha1t mixtures , tensile strength ratio (TSR) of mixtures with minera1 fillers is 10wer than the mixtures without mineral fillers. However , fatigue results show that the fatigue pelformance of mixtures without mineral fillers is obvious1y better than that of mixtures with minera1 fillers. It is concluded that the use of mineral fillers in aspha1t rubber mixtures decreases the fatigue resistance , but increases the bond performance and water damage resistance slightly.

    2014, 33(3): 53-57.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.13
    Abstract ( )   PDF (347KB) ( )
When the rock asphalt improved the matrix asphalt' s high-temperature pertormance , thermal susceptibility and the resistance to aging , it also increased the mixture and compaction temperatures. However , warm mix agent could lower asphalt' s mixture and compaction temperatures. Based on this , KSHD typed warm mix agent and Xinjiang Urho rock asphalt were selected as modifiers to test their compound modified effect on the matrix asphalt. And the modification mechanism was analyzed through composition change. The result shows that the compound modification by warm mix agent not only retains the advantage of using rock asphalt as modifier but also lowers the asphalt' s mixture and compaction temperatures. In addition , the crack resistance of asphalt at lower temperature is also improved at certain degree. Moreover , it is found that the saturates and asphaltenes of sol-gel type asphalt increase after adding the wax warm mix agent , while the resins and asphaltenes of sol type asphalt increase

    2014, 33(3): 72-78.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.17
    Abstract ( )   PDF (509KB) ( )
Regarding the problem that the interferences among parallel operational cranes affect the efficiencies of cranes , the strategies for berth allocation and quay assignment were studied , considering the constraints of efficiency of parallel operational cranes. A mixed integer programming linear model was established to minimize the penalty costs when vessels stayed waiting for operations. Interfer ence factors in different operation environments and penalty coefficients off the optimal berthing position were introduced in the model to analyze the effects of varying the working hours of cranes and penalty costs. And the effects of the numbers of parallel operational cranes on the efficiency of these Cranes were further studied. The case studies show that more parallel operational Cranes can speed up the container handling tasks and reduce the penalty costs of vessels waiting for operations; however, it reduces the operation efficiencies of cranes , which increases the working hours of cranes and total operation costs of port.

    2014, 33(3): 79-85.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.18
    Abstract ( )   PDF (484KB) ( )
Taking bluestone landslide of Shennvxi River as a prototype , and taking Three Gorges reservoir water level variation as the condition , soil reservoir bank model was established by similarity theory. The soil physical parameters , the pore water pressure data and slope crack condition were obtained by the experiment. The groundwater seepage line position in model condition was calculated with the adoption of Boussinesq unsteady seepage differential equation. The research results show that in the rising stage of water level , the increasing of pore water pressure is the activator of slope cracking , by the pore water pressure curve with different elevation and the calculated slope seepage line. In the drawdown stage of water level , mobilized water pressure is the key factor to affect the bank stability by the analysis on the pore water pressure curve with different elevation and the calculated slope seepage line

    2014, 33(3): 86-91.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.19
    Abstract ( )   PDF (449KB) ( )
Focusing on the high rocky slope located at intake of Chongqing Jinfoshan reservoir , the dynamic response law and failure mechanism of slope rock mass were analyzed by the dynamic fin ?te element method , adopting the artificially modified acceleration curve as the input condition of earthquake. The results show that the anti-seismic effect of bolt-spray supporting is significant , which effectively constrains the deformation of the slope in earthquake. The movement direction of the rock in earthquake is horizontal , the stress is mainly compressive stress , and there is no obvious tensile stress area. In the whole range , the distribution of acceleration magnification coefficients of earthquake is irregular; the response speed of rock mass lags behind Pope change of earthquake wave , which is affected by the cumulative effect of earthquake. The slope is safe under the design of anti-seismic engineering according to seismic intensity VII. Although it may occur top-down pressure- induced crack damage under earthquake , the slope is unlikely to be large-scale inertial instability.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (453KB) ( )
Current traffic choice models lack the consideration of the arriving passengers' requirements of service levels when the railway is arriving at the station. In order to solve this problem , the alTiving passengers' off-site modes choosing mechanism was analyzed; the expectations of service level were defined as factor variables; and the arrlvmg passengers' off-site modes as well as the utility function were improved. Finally , the model was validated with the survey data obtained by Chengdu East Railway Station. The results show that , when the value of service level indicator parametery is low , those passengers with higher service level requirements will shift from public transpOltation to private transportation; whenβIS high , passengers can' t make the most profitable decision because of traffic information asymmetry , which causes part of the public transportation resources do not work.

    2014, 33(3): 133-139.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.29
    Abstract ( )   PDF (615KB) ( )
Aiming at the problem how to minimize the interterence impacts of wharts , a mixed integer linear planning model of continuous berth allocation problem with quay crane assignment was established to obtain the original scheduling and assignment plan. Based on the different delay degrees of vessels , a multi-level adjustment model was established to cope with the delays by adjusting the berths and quay cranes. By simulation and case studies , the optimal adjustment schedules under different delay degrees were obtained to minimize the interterence impacts on the terminal operation system, meanwhile , the smooth implementation of terminal operation was ensured. The case study results indicate that comparing with the strategies including local adjustment and rescheduling , the multi-level adjustment strategy can be used to balance the shareholder' s benefits including terminal operators and ship owners , and the more reasonable interterence countermeasures will be obtained.

    2014, 33(3): 161-165.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1674-0696.2014.03.34
    Abstract ( )   PDF (330KB) ( )
Taking the luffing mechanism of a certain aerial working platform as the research object , the simulation model was established by software AMESim , and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic luffing mechanism were analyzed. The per formance of luffing mechanism was improved greatly by using bi-direction counterbalance valve. The results show that in the case of an extemal force disturbance , the spool can quickly reach the force balance and the inlet oil flow can remain constant by using bi-direction counterbalance valve. The opening pressure of counterbalance valve should maintain moderate and smaller valve opening pressure causes sensitivity of load variations , which causes jitter amplitude.
