Abstract: This paper gives a brief discussion on the unanimity on appraising and choosing a plan with engineering economic analysis by using the Net Present Value (NPV) Standard and Inter Return Rate (IRR) Standard, and on the appraisal method which must be adopted to reach unanimous conclusions when the results are different.
摘要： 本文简要论述了工程经济分析中的净现值(NPV)标准和内部收益率(IRR)标准在评价选择方案时的一致性及其产生不一致时,为使其评价结论趋于一致,应采用的评价方法。
