内河船舶法向接岸速度统计分析

Abstract: Based on the serial site measured data of normal berthing velocities for different inland fleets,the statistical analysis has been made in this paper,which shows that the probability distribution at any time point for normal berthing velocity of inland fleet tends to have extremum I type distribution. Adoption the filtered poisson proccess as the probability model, the statistical characteristics of the berthing velocity of inland fleets in the design reference periods have been obtained and compared with the sugggestion value by the current Tentative Specification of Harbor Work(1987).

摘要: 本文根据内河不同吨位船舶法向接岸速度比较系统的观测资料,进行了统计分析并得出内河船舶法向接岸速度任意时点的分布服从极值Ⅰ型分布。采用滤过泊松过程作为该过程的概率模型求得了设计基准期内内河船舶法向接岸速度的统计特征值,并与现行港口工程技术规范的建议值进行了比较。
