非预应力防撞活动护栏优化设计

Abstract: In order to develop the crashworthy movable guardrail with convenient installation on site at a maximum degree,whose crashworthy rating reached A grade (160KJ),a new nonprestressed semi-rigid crashworthy movable guardrail was designed according to the Standard for Safety Performance Evaluation of Highway Barriers (JTG B05-01-2013).The guardrail was constituted by three rows of steel pipes,and angle steel and square tubes were spliced into “wang” as the connector structure in the middle.The thickness of the steel pipe and terminal structure of movable guardrail were optimized through the simulation calculation,and then the most optimal parameters of steel pipe thickness and terminal structure were determined.The crashworthy movable guardrail with the above optimal designs meets the standard of guardrail safety evaluation indexes of vehicle trace,acceleration and etc..

摘要: 为开发出防撞等级为A级且能最大程度方便现场安装的防撞活动护栏,基于现行JTG B05-01—2013《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》,设计了一种新型非预应力半刚性防撞活动护栏。该活动护栏主要由3排钢管构成,以角钢和方管拼接成的“王”字作为中间连接结构,通过运用仿真计算,对护栏钢管的厚度和护栏的端部框架进行了优化,确定了钢管厚度的最优参数及端部框架结构。通过以上的优化设计所得到的防撞活动护栏能够满足车辆运行轨迹、车体加速度等护栏安全评价指标的评价标准要求。
