Influence of Complete Local Void in Middle and Lower Surface Layers on the Stress of Three-Layer Asphalt Pavement Surface

Abstract: Typical structure of asphalt pavement with 3 layer structure was adopted. Aimed at the situation of complete local void of middle and lower surface layer,the comparison model between full bond and complete local void was established by the finite element method,considering the load acting on two different load positions,that is,the middle and the edge of the void. The deflection, shear stress and bending tensile stress of each layer of asphalt pavement with different contact conditions under vertical load were calculated and studied,and the influence of different load positions on the mechanical response of each layer was compared. The study shows that the influence of complete local void on the surface layer can’t be neglected.

摘要: 采用3层结构的沥青路面典型结构,针对中面层与下面层局部全脱空的情形,考虑荷载作用在脱空中部以及边缘两种不同的荷载作用位置,利用有 限元方法,建立全黏结、局部全脱空的对比模型,计算研究竖向荷载作用下不同层间接触状态的沥青路面各层的弯沉、剪应力与弯拉应力,并对比不同荷 载作用位置对各层力学响应的影响。研究表明:局部全脱空对面层相应的影响不可忽略。
