PVA纤维束分散设备搅拌槽流场运动分析

Abstract: In order to improve the dispersing quality of PVA fiber bundle dispersing equipment, the dispersing ability of stirring tank of PVA fiber bundle dispersing equipment was studied, and the stirring tank model of dispersing equipment was also established. Taking the baffle installed in agitation tank of dispersing equipment as the research object, the flow field motion analysis was carried out to explore the influence of baffle installation in stirred tank on the dispersion quality of PVA fibers. Furthermore, the comparative tests with and without baffle were carried out. The results show that installing the baffle in stirred tank of PVA fiber bundle dispersing equipment can effectively improve the fiber speed and turbulent kinetic energy in stirred tank, increase the tangential flow and improve the dispersion quality of PVA fiber bundles.

摘要: 为了提高PVA纤维束分散设备的分散质量,研究PVA纤维束分散设备搅拌槽的分散能力,建立了分散设备的搅拌槽模型,以分散设备搅拌槽内安装挡板为研究对象,开展流场运动分析,探究搅拌槽内安装挡板对PVA纤维分散质量的影响,并进行了有、无挡板的对比试验,结果表明:在PVA纤维分散设备搅拌槽内添加挡板,可以有效改善搅拌槽内纤维速度和湍流动能,增加切向流,提高PVA纤维束分散质量。
