Determination Method and Application of Metal Elements in Steel Slag Based on Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

基于电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法的钢渣金属元素测定方法及应用

Abstract: In order to study the heavy metals pollution characteristics of steel slag as road building material, relying on Qianan-Caofeidian highway construction project, steel slags from Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Donghai Steel Group as the subgrade materials were selected as test samples, a method for simultaneous determination of various metal elements in steel slag based on inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established, in which the concentrated nitric acid and hydrochloric acid were used as extractants. The results show that the proposed determination method of metal elements in steel slag based on ICP-AES has the advantages of convenient operation, rapid analysis, few interference factors and reliable conclusions. The standard solution concentration is in linear relationship with emission spectrum intensity of inductively coupled plasma atomicemission spectrometer. The standard curve equations of 12 metal elements are fitted, and the correlation coefficients R2 are all above 0.97, whose linear relationship is good. The leaching contents of Ca, Fe, Mg and Mn in steel slag samples are relatively high. Both the leaching content of the metal elements in steel slag samples of Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd.and Donghai Steel Group meets the requirements of the identification standard of solid hazardous waste. Steel slag can be used as subgrade and pavement materials in road engineering construction, but the release characteristics of metal elements still need to be observed on site to ensure the ecological safety around the road engineering.

摘要: 为研究钢渣作为筑路材料的重金属污染特性,依托迁安至曹妃甸高速公路建设项目,选取路基填料唐钢钢渣和东海钢渣作为测试样品,以浓硝酸和浓盐酸作为浸提剂,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪同时测定钢渣中多种金属元素的方法。结果表明:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测试钢渣金属元素的方法具有操作便捷、分析快速、干扰因素少、结论可靠等优点。标准溶液浓度与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪发射谱强度呈线性关系,拟合得到12种金属元素标准曲线方程,相关性系数R2均在0.97以上,其线性关系良好;钢渣测试样品中Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn元素浸出量较高。两种钢渣样品中金属元素浸出量均满足固体危险废物鉴别标准要求。钢渣可作为路基路面材料应用于道路工程建设,但仍需现场观测金属元素的释放特性,以确保道路工程周边生态安全。
