桥梁地下连续墙基础发展与展望

Abstract: The construction goal of transportation power and the innovation-driven development strategy put forward the requirements for new structure and new technology of bridge engineering, and the new underground diaphragm wall foundation highly conforms to the requirements. The types of bridge underground diaphragm wall structure and its application, exploration and development in engineering were summarized. The key factors that restricted the development and application of the complete underground diaphragm wall foundation were analyzed. The key technical problems existing in the design and construction and the development solutions were expounded, and the development trend and application prospect of diaphragm wall foundation in bridge engineering construction were prospected. The analysis results show that all kinds of diaphragm wall foundations have been practiced and explored in different degrees in China.The slit-wall diaphragm wall foundation, shaft diaphragm wall foundation and the composite diaphragm wall foundation combined with both have unique advantages in the aspects of structure, construction, economy, safety and environmental protection, and have broad application prospects, but their development is restricted by many factors.In the short term, for general geological conditions, the partial diaphragm wall foundation of the gravity anchorage of suspension bridge will still be widely used in engineering practice as a comprehensive scheme with better selection.The application of shaft type diaphragm wall foundation or shaft type and strip wall composite diaphragm wall foundation in bridge tower and suspension bridge gravity anchorage in non-water area and shallow water area which can be cofferdam or island construction has strong practical demand and practical significance.It is of universal value to widely apply strip diaphragm wall foundation in conventional bridges, especially those with seismic requirements.It is the development path and focus of work to carry out extensive and in-depth research on the theory, test, design method and key construction technology of shaft type and compound diaphragm wall foundation, compile design guidelines and technical specifications and actively promote and apply them.

摘要: 交通强国建设目标和创新驱动发展战略对桥梁工程新结构新技术提出了要求,新型地下连续墙基础与之高度契合。概述了桥梁地下连续墙基础结构类型及其在工程中的应用、探索及发展情况;分析了制约完全地下连续墙基础发展应用的关键因素;阐述了存在的设计施工关键技术问题及发展解决之道;展望了地下连续墙基础在桥梁工程建设中的发展趋势和应用前景。分析结果表明:各类地连墙基础在我国均得到了不同程度的工程实践和探索;条壁式、井筒式地下连续墙基础以及两者组合使用的复合地连墙基础为完全地连墙基础,在结构、施工、经济、安全、环保等方面独具优势,具有广阔的应用前景,但其发展受到诸多因素制约;短期内,对于一般地质条件,悬索桥重力式锚碇部分地连墙基础仍将作为综合比选较优的方案广泛应用于工程实践;在非水区和可围堰或筑岛施工的浅水区桥塔及悬索桥重力式锚碇中应用井筒式地连墙基础或井筒式与条壁式同时使用的复合地连墙基础,具有很强的实际需求和现实意义;在常规桥梁特别是有抗震需求的桥梁基础中,广泛应用条壁式地连墙基础具有普遍价值;广泛深入开展井筒式及复壁式地连墙基础的理论、试验、设计方法、关键施工技术研究及编制设计指南和技术规范并积极推广应用是发展路径和工作重点。
