基于国产泡沫沥青冷再生设备的拌和参数研究

Abstract: In view of the application of cold regeneration technology of foamed asphalt in the common trunk highway in western Chongqing,the synthetic gradation curve of foamed asphalt was obtained based on the gradation of the original pavement material, the index of the aggregates, the expansion rate and half-life period of the foamed asphalt analyzed by the indoor test. The domestic cold regeneration equipment of foamed asphalt XCL300R was used for mixing. The effect of mixing frequency, mixing time, foamed asphalt content and cement content on the performance of cold regeneration asphalt foams were analyzed by indoor dry wet splitting test and freeze-thaw splitting test. Then the optimum mixing operation parameters of foamed asphalt mixture were determined. Combined with the actual construction situation on site, it is found that the quality of foamed asphalt mixture in this project and its various road performance indicators meet the specification requirements.

摘要: 针对泡沫沥青冷再生技术在渝西地区普通干线公路上的应用,根据室内试验对旧路面材料的级配、粗细集料的指标以及泡沫沥青的膨胀率和半衰期分析,从而得到泡沫沥青的合成级配曲线。采用国产泡沫沥青冷再生设备(XCL300R)进行拌和,通过室内干湿劈裂试验、冻融劈裂试验,分析了拌和频率、拌和时间、泡沫沥青掺量及水泥掺量对泡沫沥青冷再生沥青性能的影响,进而确定了泡沫沥青混合料的最佳拌和作业参数,结合现场实际施工情况发现,本项目中泡沫沥青混合料的质量及各项路用性能指标均满足规范要求。
