基于分析和试验的微型客车白车身刚度研究

Abstract: The stiffness characteristics of a minibus,including torsion stiffness,bending stiffness and the stiffness of local deformation,are analyzed with the finite element method ( FEM) . The test data verify the results of finite element analysis. According to the conclusions of analysis and test,BIW torsion stiffness is found to be quite weak,and the deformation of rear doorframe is relatively serious,which needs to be optimized. The ratio of stiffness and quality is applied to evaluate BIW stiffness characteristics,which is more reasonable.

摘要: 采用有限元方法分析了某微型客车白车身扭转刚度和弯曲刚度,以及车身局部变形等刚度特性,并用试验数 据验证了分析结果。其结果表明: 该车身扭转刚度较低,后门框变形较大,需要改进设计。指出采用车身刚度与质 量比参数来综合评价白车身刚度性能更为合理。
