Impact of Earthquake on Micro-structure and Strength of Fresh Concrete

地震对新浇混凝土细观结构及强度的影响

Abstract: After observing the concrete shaken by the simulation of seismic station and aggregates interface by stereo microscope, structural morphology of the fresh concrete was obtained and its internal defects were confirmed; the load-deformation curve was gained through ultrasonic wave measurement; the differences between concrete property with vibration damage and without vibration damage were further analyzed; the influence of internal defects on concrete strength was studied from the perspective of concrete component elements and microstructure. It was demonstrated that after 28 days of maintenance, effective recovery mechanism of the interface of the concrete shaken by 6-9 magnitude quake was obtained.

摘要: 对受6~9度地震烈度震动的混凝土表观和内部骨料界面进行了体视显微镜观测,得到新浇混凝土在遭受地 震后试件的断面结构形貌,确认了混凝土内部缺陷情况;采用超声波同步测试混凝土受压破坏过程,获得试验力- 变形关系曲线,对比了新浇注混凝土震后受压破坏性能与未震动的差异性;从混凝土结构组成及细观结构角度分 析了内部缺陷对混凝土强度的影响,解释并验证了受6~9度地震烈度震动的混凝土经后期养护至28d,其界面状 况能够得到有效恢复的机理。
